PIZZA MAKER

This position includes making Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, cooking, & preparing a variety of the different food products included in our menu including sauces, vegetables, meats, etc., according to our daily prep list. Pizza-making experience preferred.

PREP & LINE COOK

Cooking & preparing a variety of the different food products included in our menu including sauces, vegetables, meats, etc., according to our daily prep list. Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills. This person should also should also be passionate about quality and also have the ability to cook food to order.

BUSSER & DISH

Must be friendly & accommodating, and able to serve guests with water, refills, and other minor requests. This individual will be alert, observant, and efficient at removing tableware between courses, and clearing/resetting tables once our guests have left. The busser position will also help assist the dishwasher stay organized.

HOSTING & EXPO

You are the first interaction our guests have with their dining experience. This position requires a warm & friendly, responsive individual who can offer a welcoming greeting upon our guests arrival. This individual must be organized, communicative, and efficient when seating our guests according to their preferences.

We cannot even begin to express how important exceptional customer service is to us at this restaurant. Our servers must provide friendly, attentive, respectful, responsive service to our guests. Filled Positions:

ASSISTANT MANAGER

This individual must have 3+ years of FOH operations experience and/or have previous experience as an assistant manager. This individual will have strong leadership skills, be highly intuitive, be positive, have a strong work ethic, and care passionately about the guest experience. You will oversee, direct, & coordinate all aspects training & development of the restaurant staff to achieve objectives and goals regarding sales, costs, efficiencies, sanitation & cleanliness, food quality & ordering, employee retention, handling reviews, some content creation, and the guest experience.

DISHWASHER

Washing & cleaning anything from cooking equipment, dough trays, tableware, pots, pans, plates, etc. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area.
