Online Pickup & Delivery Orders
Choose Pickup or Delivery when you place your online order.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (with an order number) which will provide the approximate time your order will be ready.
PICKUP
Our host will ask for your name and possibly your order number, which you can find in your confirmation email.
DELIVERY
Square has partnered with 3rd Party Delivery services to ensure your order gets to you the way it would from any app from which you would regularly order delivery.
Please select the Delivery tab on the order page & enter your address to see if you’re within the accepted radius.
Please note that the third party delivery drivers are not employed by Pizzeoli and only represent the company they drive for, like DoorDash.
Curbside
We do not offer curbside pickup at this time.
Pizzeoli has recently launched an online ordering platform for CUSTOMER PICKUP and DELIVERY on our website!
Delivery Issues
My order was not delivered & I’d like a replacement order.
DOORDASH DELIVERIES
STEP 1:
Contact DoorDash Customer Service at 1-855-222-8111.
Please provide the following information:
- The exact name on your order.
- Your billing information.
DoorDash will then contact the restaurant to begin the process of refunding your original order. Square claims that it will take 24-48 hours to see your refund, but most of our guests say that they are refunded in just a couple of hours.

My order was not delivered & I’d like a refund.

My pickup order was incorrect.
If your pickup order was incorrect. please call the restaurant at 314-449-1111.
Our host will ask for the following information:
- Your name
- Phone number (which identifies your loyalty rewards account)
- Order number (which can be found in your confirmation email)
Please explain what items may be incorrect or missing.
Our hosts will do everything in their power to right any wrongs, but may also need to get approval from a manager.
