ORDER ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS

Pizzeoli utlizes Square Online Platform to order online.
Choose either CUSTOMER PICKUP or DOORDASH DELIVERY on that website!

Please note that the third party delivery drivers for DoorDash are not employed by Pizzeoli and only represent the company they drive for.

Choose Pickup or Delivery when you go to place your order online.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email (with an order number) which will provide the approximate time your order will be ready.

PICKUP
Our host will ask for your name and possibly your order number, which you can find in your confirmation email.

DOORDASH DELIVERY
Square has partnered with 3rd Party Delivery services like DoorDash to ensure your order gets to you the way it would from any app from which you would regularly order delivery.

Please select the Delivery tab on the order page & enter your address to see if you’re within the accepted radius.

Please note that the third party delivery drivers for DoorDash are not employed by Pizzeoli and only represent the company they drive for.

We do not offer curbside pickup at this time.

DoorDash Delivery Issues

DoorDash Ddelivery issues are extremely frustrating and we are so sorry that this has happened to you!

All of our deliveries are contracted through DoorDash, which means those issues need to be resolved through their customer service. They will guide you through the process.

Please understand that when your driver incorrectly delivers or steals your order/items, they do not represent our small business in any way. Even though those drivers are not employed by Pizzeoli, we will follow up with DoorDash and place a ban on any driver who steals from you.

DOORDASH DELIVERIES

STEP 1:
Contact DoorDash Customer Service at 1-855-222-8111.

Please provide the following information:

  • The exact name on your order.
  • Your billing information.

DoorDash will then contact the restaurant to begin the process of refunding your original order. Square claims that it will take 24-48 hours to see your refund, but most of our guests say that they are refunded in just a couple of hours.

STEP 2
Please CLICK HERE to place a new delivery order.

DOORDASH DELIVERIES

Contact DoorDash Customer Service at 1-855-222-8111.

Please provide the following information:

  • The exact name on your order.
  • Your billing information.

Please note that the third party delivery drivers are not employed by Pizzeoli and only represent the company they drive for, like DoorDash.

If your pickup order was incorrect. please call the restaurant at 314-449-1111.

Our host will ask for the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number (which identifies your loyalty rewards account)
  • Order number (which can be found in your confirmation email)

Please explain what items may be incorrect or missing.
Our hosts will do everything in their power to right any wrongs, but may also need to get approval from a manager.
