Delivery & Pickup Orders
Does Pizzeoli Deliver?
At this time, Pizzeoli only delivers through our 3rd party app partners. When you order delivery through our website, you will receive your delivery through Uber Eats / Postmates. Click Here to place an online order.
What Should I Do If I Have a Delivery Issue?
Having a delivery issue can be extremely frustrating! Since all of our deliveries come through 3rd party services, those issues need to be resolved through the company they were ordered through.
Having said that, we want to make sure your issue gets resolved. If Grubhub or Postmates won’t fix your issue, please call us and let us know how we can make things right for you. We care about your experience!

Can I Eat My "To Go" Order At Pizzeoli?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not allow “to go” orders to be eaten at Pizzeoli, which includes our outdoor seating. We implemented this policy after witnessing a few bad apples leverage it as an opportunity to forego tipping our hard-working servers. As a local mom & pop shop, you should know that we care very deeply about how our staff is treated and we’re willing to put policies in place to make sure they’re treated well.
What if I tipped online? First of all, we are so grateful for your generosity! The particular tip pool for online orders goes directly to the part of our team that prepares and packages your “to go” order, which does not include our servers.
What if I just want to sit at the bar and have a drink? We would be happy to keep your carry out order in our hot box while you want to hang around and have a drink… or even grab an appetizer. Once you’re all settled up with our bartender, we’ll have your “to go” order all ready for you to carry out.

How Big Are Your Pizzas?
All of our dinner pizzas are approximately 11 to 12 inches in diameter, but can sometimes vary from smaller to larger by about an inch, even though the weight of our dough balls is consistent from one to the next. Whether the finished pizza ends up a little smaller or larger, it will still include the same amount of toppings.
Do You Have a Gluten Free Crust?
Yes! You can substitute our Neapolitan dough with a GF Crust for an up-charge… but we call it a Gluten Conscious Crust because we do not have a Gluten Friendly environment. We have one pizza line & one pizza oven where all of our pizzas are made. We do what we can to minimize cross-contamination, but the truth is that there is flour floating through the air landing on everything in the restaurant. If you’re sensitive to gluten, we advise against placing an order.
Other menu items containing gluten:
- Béchamel Sauce
- Meatballs
- Vegan Sausage
- Vegan Pepperoni
- Some of our Starters
- Desserts
- Other specialty items we may offer
For our Vegan friends, please note that our Gluten Conscious Crust contains egg whites and cheese.
How Many People Does One Pizza Feed?
QUICK ANSWER: 1-ish.
Our pizzas are approximately 11″ to 12″ in diameter and come in 6 slices. Traditionally, they are considered to be personal-sized pizzas.
We typically witness our guests either eat an entire pizza by themselves (especially if that pizza is from our Vegetarian or Vegan Menu) or leave a slice or two for leftovers.
Do You Offer a Build-Your-Own Pizza?
We do not have a Build-Your-Own section to our menu.
Why, you ask? All of our pizzas are built with an expertise knowledge of creating flavor profile balance. Each ingredient in our menu serves a purpose. Our first hope is that you’ll trust us.
If that doesn’t convince you, then we suggest starting with our New York Pizza as a base, then adding your favorite toppings from there. Who knows… maybe your choices will inspire the next specialty pizza we offer. 😉
Can I Combine Two Different Pizzas Into One?
We do not offer Half & Half pizzas. Our pizzas are designed to be eaten as personal pizzas with uniform toppings across the entire pie.
We do not combine two pizzas into one for a couple of reasons:
- The technique of turning and spinning the wood-fired pizza inside the oven forces the toppings from each side over the 50/50 line.
- Imbalanced weight distribution creates an unevenly cooked bottom where the crust becomes weak in places and at risk for the tearing of holes.
- Much like the previous point, the toppings also do not cook evenly. With such high temperatures, 15 seconds can be the difference between a perfectly cooked pizza and one that is scorched.
Please note that if our pizzas were cooked in a deck oven or on a conveyer belt at a lower temperature without any spinning or turning, a request like this would be a non-issue and we would accommodate. Many other Neapolitan-inspired pizzerias have also come to the same conclusion to not offer half and half pizzas.
We are happy to provide a walk through as we’re cooking one of our specialty pizzas. We have found that the lightbulb turns on for our guests when they can visually see a demonstration. Thanks!

Reservations & Group Dining
Do I Need to Make a Reservation?
Possibly! Probably! Maybe Not!?
However, we do highly recommend making a reservation since our dining room only seats about 50 people. Even our weekdays often fill up suddenly and we want to make sure we save you a spot!
Please visit www.pizzeoli.com/reservations to make a reservation at least 3 hours prior to your desired reservation time!
If we are open and you would like to dine with us sooner, please visit www.pizzeoli.com/waitlist to Join the Waitlist!
Do You Have a Private Dining Room?
Sadly, no… not yet, at least!
If your event is not during our normal hours of operation, please give us a call at 314-449-1111. We may be able to accommodate for a lunch event!
What is the Largest Group You Can Accommodate?
We can comfortably seat up to 7 guests . We cannot accommodate parties larger than 7.
THINGS TO NOTE
Don’t let dining with friends get hectic or awkward. Here are some tips/info for dining in with us:
- Order Chili-Kissed Garlic Knots right away, so that your one “hangry” friend doesn’t start an embarrassing scene. You know who they are!
- Our Point of Sale system cannot split items (like a bottle of wine) between 2 different checks. We’re told they are working on an update for this sometime in 2020.
- 20% Gratuity will be added to the check with a Max of 4 Split Checks for parties of 7 or more. To protect the smoothness of your check out experience, we kindly ask that you please let your server know who all will be on your check when you place an order.
- We can only cook 3 pizzas at a time in our oven, so they will arrive to your table “family style” as they’re cooked and ready. We recommend getting into groups of 3-5 people within your larger group and sharing pizzas between the table.
If you have more questions, please give us a call at 314-449-1111.
